Dr. Neeraj Tiwari’s journey reflects a simple belief: success is not a single achievement, but a disciplined practice shaped by learning, resilience, and integrity. He holds a Doctorate from Sabarmati University with research focused on compliance, governance, and safe business practices, and has further refined his leadership perspective through the Strategic Management Program at IIM Kozhikode. With a multidisciplinary foundation in law and human resources, Dr. Tiwari brings a balanced approach to leadership-combining strategic clarity with empathy and people-centric systems.

As the founder of the HITECH Group of Companies, he has built and scaled businesses across multiple sectors, learning through challenges and transformation.
