This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and replacements are accepted for books purchased through this www.neerajkripashankar.com (“Website”). We are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly experience.
This policy applies exclusively to the sale of books. No other products are sold on this Website.
Our return and refund policy is valid for three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery. Any request received after this period shall not be considered.
A return or refund may be approved only under the following circumstances:
– The order was cancelled prior to dispatch.
– The order was rejected at the time of delivery or returned to origin (RTO).
– The ordered book was found to be out of stock after order confirmation.
– The book received was torn, damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
– The shipment was lost in transit by the delivery partner.
All requests must be raised within three (3) days from the date of delivery.
Refunds or returns will not be issued in the following situations:
– Change of mind, personal preference, or post-purchase disinterest.
– Minor variations in cover design, paper quality, or print shade that do not affect readability.
– Requests raised beyond the prescribed return period.
– Books damaged due to mishandling by the customer after delivery.

– Clear photographs and/or unboxing video as applicable
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our verification and approval.
To ensure a fair resolution, recording an unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, or missing books.
The unboxing video must:
– Begin before opening the package seal
– Clearly show the unopened outer packaging
– Capture the complete unboxing process in one continuous, unedited recording
– Clearly highlight the issue, if any
Claims submitted without valid unboxing video evidence will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Returned books must:
– Be unused and unread
– Be in original condition with original packaging
– Include the original invoice
Books showing signs of use, damage, writing, folding, or tampering will not be accepted for return or refund.
– Approved return requests will have a reverse pickup scheduled within 3–5 business days.
– Returned books may take 7–10 business days to reach our facility.
– A quality check will be completed within 5 working days of receipt.
– Upon successful verification, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Replacement of books may be offered at our discretion, subject to stock availability and verification of the claim.
All return, refund, and replacement requests are subject to verification by our team. We reserve the sole right to accept or reject any claim based on the evidence provided. Decisions taken by us shall be final and binding.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
